Colour Appointment Deposit

This deposit secures your colour appointment at Eve The Salon and confirms your booking with our team.

The deposit will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment. Deposits help us protect appointment times that are specifically reserved for you, as colour services require significant preparation and allocated time within our schedule.

Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time. This policy allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

If more than 24 hours notice is provided, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time.

Please note:

• Deposits are applied to your final bill on the day of your appointment.

• Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows.

• If multiple appointments are cancelled late or missed, future bookings may require full payment in advance.
